Privacy on PhotoVaultApps
You can compare apps without uploading photos or creating a PhotoVaultApps account. Finder choices are processed in your browser. We do not use advertising pixels, session replay or a third-party analytics service in this version.
Email contact is separate from the finder. If you send a question or correction, the information you choose to include is handled as email correspondence so we can respond.
Finder choices and shared links
The finder runs in the browser. It does not send selected account, offline, file or purchase preferences to a server. It does not store those choices in cookies or local storage.
On the dedicated finder, selected options can appear after the hash symbol in a requirements link. That fragment contains only the supported requirement names and values. It does not contain photos, filenames, passwords or email messages. Anyone you share the link with can read those choices.
Appearance preference
The light or dark theme you select is kept in this browser tab’s session storage so it stays consistent as you browse. It is not sent to a server and is separate from finder choices. The preference expires when the browser tab session ends.
Email questions and corrections
The Contact page can prepare an email draft locally. It does not submit the message to a website endpoint. If you choose the email link and send the draft, your email provider processes it and the recipient receives the information you include, normally your return address, message and any attachments.
Correspondence is used to respond to the question, check a reported correction and keep the relevant follow-up record. Do not send vault credentials, recovery phrases or a private media library. A page URL, app version and non-sensitive description are usually enough to explain a correction.
Page delivery and technical information
Like other websites, delivering a page can expose connection information to the hosting service, such as an IP address, request time, requested URL and browser headers. Those technical requests are separate from the browser-only finder choices. The site does not add advertising identifiers or a session-replay recording to them.
This version does not load remote analytics, advertising scripts or external font stylesheets. Its font and app-identification images are served with the page. Opening an outside source or app listing makes a new request to that destination.
External apps and sources
App Store pages, developer websites and their apps have their own privacy terms. Linking to an app does not mean that the app collects no data. Our guides distinguish developer signup, cloud services, analytics and recovery because those are separate processing questions.
The current app-store links are direct and do not include affiliate tracking parameters. If the site introduces a new measurement or commercial integration, this notice should be updated to reflect the actual processing.
Contact about privacy
Contact contact@photovaultapps.com with a site-privacy question or a request about correspondence you sent. Include only the information needed to identify your question. The Contact page provides a draft helper.
